STEP BY STEP
Five steps. No surprises.
You'll know what happens, when, and how — before you ever arrive. Every step is supported in English, Japanese and Chinese.
YOUR VISIT
Every step of your first visit, mapped out in advance.
- i
Online consultation
Share photos, past treatments and your dates via LINE, WhatsApp or WeChat. Based on each treatment's safe interval, we tell you in advance what's possible on this trip.
- ii
Arrival & check-in
Bring your passport (for identity and check-in). The intake form is available in English, Japanese and Chinese, and a coordinator helps you complete it.
- iii
EVE 3D Skin Analyzer
The EVE 3D Skin Analyzer measures your bone, muscle and skin structure, and the result is visualized as your SKIN MBTI type — a diagnosis you can actually see.
- iv
1:1 Doctor-Led Treatment Design
From the measurements, your doctor consults and designs your plan 1:1 (interpretation supported). Skin boosters and fat-dissolving injections can be done same-day; high-energy lifting such as Ultherapy or Thermage is scheduled after the consultation (a deposit applies if sleep sedation is needed).
- v
Treatment · aftercare · next visit
After treatment we give you an aftercare guide in your language and design your next-visit plan around safe treatment intervals. Results vary by individual.
BEFORE YOU VISIT
Essential Checklist & Payment Guide
- PASSPORT
- Please bring it — it's required for identity verification, check-in, and tax refund eligibility.
- PRE-TREATMENT CARE
- Please avoid alcohol and retinoid (Vitamin A) products a few days before your visit.
- TREATMENT HISTORY
- Share your past procedures and timeline so we can verify safe intervals.
- CONSULTATION FEE
- 100% Free. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment after your consult.
PAYMENT POLICY
You can pay by card (Visa · Mastercard · JCB · Amex), Alipay, WeChat Pay or ZeroPay. Apple Pay and PayPal are not accepted. The price you see is the price you pay — the same for all nationalities (VAT included).
Start with a photo, not a flight.
Once your dates are set, send photos and your treatment history first — we'll tell you honestly what a visit can and can't achieve.
